Hey folks. Just here to let you know the project’s still going strong. I’ve been trying to implement a motion-capture test by grafting my face:
... Then shooting some acting scenes into my camera and microphone with dots on my face for tracking. No results yet, but will have news of that result hopefully soon. The scene I’m mo-Capping for is a homeless man in a night club speaking to our hero:
Night scene at a bar. Our hero is sitting down having a drink served to him, when Brute begins causing a ruckus in the background, scaring Finn. A homeless man sits next to him in the bar tells our hero about a place where “death” resides. Curious what “death” is, our hero sets out to see. As he gets up and leaves the table, the homeless man flickers to a red lizard-man in a suit for a split second. He grunts, and makes a twist adjustment on his watch, then nervously looks around the bar to see if anyone saw. As our hero leaves, Klaxon bursts through the doors, exclaiming “Who’s ready to party!” as a table flys through the window, and you hear a screaming Brute as people start to flee. Klaxon exclaims “What the hooble-dee-huh? You calm down RIGHT NOW young man!”
Also on the agenda, the lizard-man in the scene wAs from a scene from the Clayton show’s Matrix episode. From concept:
